Gamer at a neon-lit arcade setup
Step right up · Fitzroy, Melbourne

Where every game gets its moment in the spotlight.

AzureBattleFrontier is a Fitzroy gaming blog run by three obsessives who play everything so you don't have to. Indie deep-dives, honest hardware reviews, speedrun culture and Melbourne meetups — served with a side of fairy floss.

Our mission

No hype trains, no paid scores — just games explained by people who love them.

We started in a Rose Street share-house in 2016 because gaming coverage had turned into a scoreboard. Every review we run comes from a game we actually finished, every hardware verdict from kit we lived with for weeks, and every meetup we host is free to walk into. We fund the lights with reader memberships, not publisher junkets.
